SMS & Call Terms and Consent

Program: Big Dog Marketing event and marketing messages (Big Dog Marketing, 11091 Trojan Ct, Westminster, CO 80031; marketing@thebigdog.llc).
What you will receive
- RSVP and booking confirmations
- Event reminders and updates
- Event invitations and marketing offers from Big Dog Marketing and, where applicable, the named event host
Frequency
Message frequency varies, up to 8 marketing messages per month, plus confirmations and reminders for events you RSVP'd to.
Cost
Msg & data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out and getting help
- Opt out: reply STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE) at any time. We will send one message confirming the opt-out, and then no more messages.
- Help: reply HELP, or email marketing@thebigdog.llc.
- Opt back in: reply START.
Consent
By checking the SMS consent box or texting us a keyword, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages, and calls that may use an artificial or AI-generated voice or a prerecorded voice, from Big Dog Marketing at the number you provided.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of attending an event. You can attend and RSVP without opting in.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We share data only with providers that deliver messages for us (for example Twilio or SMS8). See our Privacy Policy.
AI phone calls and recording
Some calls are made or answered by an AI voice agent, not a person. Calls are recorded and transcribed (using ElevenLabs) for quality, record-keeping, and follow-up. The agent will say it is an AI at the start of the call. You can ask for a person or ask us not to call again at any time. If you do not want the call recorded, end the call and contact us another way.
